The Bloom Lounge is the result of a shared dream between Jorge Saab and Javier Osorio — two engineers with a passion for food, design, and hospitality. In 2019, Jorge, a professional baker and cake decorator with over a decade of experience, launched Rum Cakes Factory, a scratch-made bakery known for its signature rum-soaked cakes and edible artistry. As the bakery flourished, so did the desire to create something even more immersive — a space where food, creativity, and community could flourish together.
That vision evolved into The Bloom Lounge: a bistro-style restaurant rooted in the warmth of homemade flavors and elevated by global inspiration. Jorge and Javier brought together a diverse team of cooks, bakers, and creatives, each contributing their own stories, cultures, and techniques. From recipe development to the final plating, every dish is the product of true collaboration — thoughtful, personal, and made from scratch.
